FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At Murtiya, our goal is to ensure that our products are shipped quickly, safely, and affordably to customers in 130 countries worldwide.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

We make every effort to ship your goods as soon as possible. Typically, it takes us 5-10 business days to ship goods once they have been made and approved by you if you choose Express shipping methods from our warehouses in India. However, if you order more than 5 pieces of a product or if the item is currently in production, it may take longer to process your order. If this happens, we will keep you updated by email.

DELIVERY METHODS

We have built a trusted reputation for shipping from India to other countries. We offer two shipping methods:

  1. Standard - 10-20 days via USPS, DTDC, or Aramex
  2. Express - 5-10 days via DHL, UPS or FedEx

CUSTOMS

Due to the nature of international shipping, there may be occasions when a customer is required to pay additional import duties and taxes that are levied once the shipment arrives in their country. The vast majority of orders will not incur any additional fees. However, we are unable to determine when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be applied. If additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. We strive to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.


FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS

At Murtiya, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner while keeping costs low. We offer delivery to over 511 destinations across India.

Once you place an order, we will send you a confirmation email with the expected delivery date. Our delivery partners will make every effort to deliver your package as quickly as possible. If they are unable to deliver to your shipping address, they will contact you to resolve the issue. If you encounter any issues with our products or services, please reach out to our customer support team, whose details can be found on our website.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. Additionally, we are not liable for any damage to the product or order caused during shipping.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the complete shipping details and tracking information.

To ensure prompt delivery, we aim to ship your order within 5-10 business days if you choose Express shipping methods from our warehouses across India. However, if your order contains more than 5 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process. In such cases, we will keep you informed via email.

We offer free delivery for most of our products, and we partner with reliable delivery services that can deliver to your address as soon as possible.
